Collaboration At Hayes Primary School, collaboration means working together with respect, kindness and understanding. We believe that learning is most powerful when children support and encourage one another, share ideas and celebrate each other’s successes. Collaboration helps our pupils to develop teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills, preparing them to contribute positively both in school and in the wider community. By working in partnership with families, staff and the trust, we show our children that together we can achieve more.
