Our Vision

Our Vision

No Barriers to Excellence

Our vision is to develop well-rounded, confident and responsible children who aspire to achieve their full potential. We aim to do this in a welcoming, safe and supportive and inclusive environment where all achievements are celebrated.

Together, we strive to create an educational community of respect and inclusion, empowering all to embrace learning, achieve excellence and transform lives.

Our school ethos is embedded in our vision and values.

Our Values

Our School Values form the priorities that underpin our curriculum design. We believe that by focussing on our school values, our children will be prepared and ready to meet the challenges of the next steps of their education and life so that they can achieve their personal best.

Ambition

At Hayes Primary School, ambition means striving to be the very best we can be in all areas of school life. We encourage every child to set high expectations for themselves, to embrace challenges, and to persevere when things feel difficult. Ambition is not just about achieving excellent academic results, but also about developing creativity, confidence, kindness and resilience. We want our children to dream big, work hard and believe that there are no boundaries to what they can achieve.

Collaboration

At Hayes Primary School, collaboration means working together with respect, kindness and understanding. We believe that learning is most powerful when children support and encourage one another, share ideas and celebrate each other’s successes. Collaboration helps our pupils to develop teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills, preparing them to contribute positively both in school and in the wider community. By working in partnership with families, staff and the trust, we show our children that together we can achieve more.

Equity

At Hayes Primary School, equity means ensuring that every child gets the support, opportunities and challenge they need to succeed. We recognise that each pupil is unique, with different strengths and starting points, and we are committed to removing barriers so that all children can thrive. Equity is about fairness – giving every child what they need, rather than treating everyone the same – so that all pupils can achieve their very best and feel valued within our school community.
